2. What data we collect#
- Supporter applications (“supporters” page): name, email address, CV, and the statement voluntarily submitted by the applicant.
- Email correspondence (“contact” section): the data contained in the message (name, email address, message content).
- This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing#
- Reviewing supporter applications and potential collaboration — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into an agreement/collaboration) and Art. 6(1)(a) (consent given by submitting the application).
- Responding to email inquiries — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller in communicating with people interested in the Foundation’s activities).
4. Retention period#
Data is kept for as long as necessary to process the application, and no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless the data subject consents to longer retention for future collaboration.
5. Recipients of data#
Data is not shared with third parties, except technical service providers necessary for the site’s operation (hosting: GitHub Pages, United States — based on Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Your rights#
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your data, to data portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO) or your local supervisory authority.
7. Voluntary provision of data#
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to process your application or respond to your inquiry.
