Supporter applications (“supporters” page): name, email address, CV, and the statement voluntarily submitted by the applicant.
Email correspondence (“contact” section): the data contained in the message (name, email address, message content).
This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

Reviewing supporter applications and potential collaboration — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into an agreement/collaboration) and Art. 6(1)(a) (consent given by submitting the application).
Responding to email inquiries — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller in communicating with people interested in the Foundation’s activities).

4. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary to process the application, and no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless the data subject consents to longer retention for future collaboration.
